Notice regarding employee infection with COVID-19

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.

On Wednesday, July 15th, we were informed by a part-time employee working at Kitakata Ramen Sakanai Shintone store that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

Our store was notified by the part-time employee that the employee had been in close contact with another infected person, so as a precaution, we suddenly suspended business from Tuesday, July 14th. While our store will remain closed, we will continue to prioritize the safety of our customers and employees, strive to prevent the spread of infection, and take the following measures in cooperation with the public health center.

    1. Investigating the behavioral history of infected individuals at our store and those who came into close contact with infected individuals
    2. All employees who may have come into contact with the part-time employee in question will be instructed to stay at home for two weeks from the date of their last contact, and their health conditions will be checked daily.
    3. Cleaning and disinfection of the store based on instructions from the public health center

We will notify you again regarding the resumption of business as soon as we are ready.

We will continue to strengthen our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
