We would like to inform you that Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi will be revising the prices of some of our products from November 1, 2022.

International prices of raw materials such as flour, meat, and oils and fats continue to rise due to concerns about reduced production due to bad weather and labor shortages in major production areas, as well as growing global demand. In addition, logistics costs are also rising due to rising fuel prices.

Up until now, the Kitakata Ramen Sakanai chain has taken various measures to absorb the increased costs, but it has become difficult to maintain previous prices through cost reduction alone through our own efforts, so we have decided to revise the prices of some of our products.

In addition to this price revision, we will also be changing some of our menu items from November 1, 2022. By changing the menu, we will be able to provide better products to customers who visit Sakauchi and continue to make our store a place that our customers can be happy with.
