Kitakata Ramen, supervised by "Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi" for microwave ovens only, will be on sale from Sunday, October 1, 2023
In collaboration with Delimo Co., Ltd., we will be releasing a microwave-safe ramen that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, titled "Kitakata Ramen - Light and Rich Flavor Supervised by Sakauchi" at retail stores in the eastern Japan area from Sunday, October 1, 2023.
The restaurant uses special flat, curly noodles made from domestic wheat, clear pork and light soy sauce to create a rich, flavorful soup, and the restaurant's signature roast pork is thick-sliced and deliciously tender, rivaling the one served in the restaurant. Sakauchi's particularities were perfectly recreated.
You can enjoy the taste of "Sakauchi" anytime and anywhere, whether at home or in the office.
