Kitakata Ramen Bakuuchi, a chain brand of Kitakata ramen mainly in the Kanto region, has opened its first store in Kyushu.
We will be making a full-scale launch in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture as a new brand. We will be using pork carcasses that have been slowly simmered over a long period of time to concentrate the flavor.
Kitakata ramen, characterized by its light soy sauce soup and flat, curly noodles, is popular as a dish that you can eat every day without getting bored of.

The restaurant is not very large. The reason for this opening is that the manager, Morinaka, was the first to try Kitakata ramen in the Kanto region.
"I want people in Kyushu to try it and know about it.

The store chose the Chuo-ku/Daimyo area of the city. Regarding future prospects, store manager Morinaka said, "We will continue to develop our flavors, which have been loved mainly in the Kanto region.
