This product was developed based on the Italian dish "Peperoncino". In the past, the cooking process involved mixing homemade lard with chopped green chili peppers and roasting them, removing the unique sharpness of the green chili peppers while creating a spiciness that slowly attacks from the inside. This year, the spiciness has been further enhanced! It has been reborn using "green chili oil", which is made by soaking fresh green chili peppers in homemade chili oil. This summer's green chili umami salt ramen has a "solid" spiciness from the moment you put it in your mouth, and is stimulating from start to finish, but from this release, we will also be serving it with a separate lime. When you squeeze the lime and drizzle it over the soup, the bitter sourness softens the spiciness of the entire soup, changing it into a more refreshing taste. You can enjoy it "twice as delicious". It is garnished with a mountain of seven kinds of summer vegetables, including cabbage and tomatoes, so you can rest assured about the nutritional balance. Sakauchi's proud roast pork topping has been increased from the usual three slices to five, making for an even more satisfying bowl.
