"Myojo Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi Rich Soy Sauce Wonton Noodles" and "Myojo Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi Rich Soy Sauce Wonton Soup" developed based on Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi's popular menu "Kitakata Wonton Ramen" will finally be released on Monday, February 10th! The wonton soup uses non-fried wontons with diced meat and spring onions. It has a satisfying texture, and the umami and peppery taste of the diced meat makes it a perfect match for rice balls! The noodles used in the wonton noodles were newly developed using Myojo Foods' proprietary technology to more faithfully reproduce the texture of the chewy flat, high-hydration noodles served in the restaurant.
