The winter limited edition "Warm Miso Ramen with 8 Vegetables" uses plenty of fresh vegetables and features a miso soup with the spiciness of freshly grated raw ginger and roughly chopped onions that retain their texture. As you eat it, you will gradually warm up from the core of your body, making it the perfect ramen for the cold winter. Eight types of vegetables are used: onion, ginger, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, pea sprouts, green onions, and carrots. The soup is a deep, specially made blend of miso soup by Sakauchi, which combines with the chewy, flat, high-hydration noodles that are unique to Kitakata ramen, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the vegetables to the very end without getting bored. The delicious flavor of the proud fatty roast pork dissolves into the soup, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing yet mellow and rich taste.

In addition, two new items will be added to the lineup this winter. "Warm Miso Ramen with Green Chili and 8 Vegetables," which packs an extra punch with the addition of green chili peppers, and "Warm Miso Ramen with Double Roast Pork and 8 Vegetables," which is topped with twice the usual amount of fatty, delicious roast pork (10 slices), will also be available!
