Kitakata Ramen is one of the "Three Great Local Ramen in Japan". Kitakata Ramen Bakuuchi, which inherits the food culture of Bakuuchi Shokudo, one of the three great ramen restaurants in Kitakata, has opened its first European store in Frankfurt, Germany. Since its founding in 1988, the company has been committed to "handmade" and "freshly made", and has continued to prepare its ramen in-store without a central kitchen. In order to spread the traditional taste to the world, the company started opening stores overseas in 2014. It already has eight stores in the United States, and has finally advanced to Europe. With the opening of this Frankfurt store, the company aims to further increase brand recognition in the European region and to fully enter the European market, including Germany. Of course, the same bowl of ramen as in Japan will be served at the Frankfurt store.
