Menshoku Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Nakahara), which operates a wide variety of restaurant businesses both domestically and overseas, including "Kitakata Ramen Bannai," will publish the book "Japanese Food GLOBALIZATION" on Friday, April 11, 2025.

As of April 2025, we are expanding our overseas operations with ramen shops, Japanese cuisine, curry, and other "Japanese food" businesses. Japanese food culture is now popular around the world, with Japanese cuisine being registered as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO, but the reality is that local companies are offering "Japanese food" that Japanese people would never imagine. This book introduces a marketing example in which the second-generation president, who realized the value of "Japanese food made by Japanese people" overseas, used his "left brain" to dispel the previous intuitive management. It also details the management strategy of continuing to pursue the possibility of development in overseas markets, such as the solution and discovery of the serious labor shortage in Japan, especially in the food and beverage industry, and the know-how of building a circulation system between Japan and other countries that we aim to achieve.

Throughout the book, we learn that the deliciousness and enjoyment of Japanese food can bring smiles to the faces of people overseas, and that this holds great opportunities for us in the industry.
