The autumn seasonal ramen "Mizore Ramen" is a ramen with a rich, mellow soup, with grated daikon radish (mizore) and yuzu pepper dissolved in it, giving it a rich flavor that exudes a Japanese feel.<\/p>\n
The vegetables that add color are daikon radish, white onion, mizuna (potherb mustard greens), and kaiware (seaweed), all tossed in a special spicy sauce. The aroma of the shiso leaf on top creates an elegant flavor. This product, which was introduced in 2007 as the first seasonal ramen, was developed after many trials, with the aim of taking advantage of Sakauchi's unique mellow and rich clear tonkotsu soup while adding a delicate Japanese twist. The nutritious grated daikon radish contains many enzymes, and the refreshing yuzu scent and spiciness of the chili pepper stimulate the appetite. This is a proud masterpiece that boldly uses these two condiments that are representative of Japanese cuisine, and is an innovative twist on traditional Kitakata ramen.<\/p>\n
