One of my favorite ramen.
If you prefer thicker soup bases, maybe this isn’t the ramen for you.
The soup is very light and simple, but the chashu is awesome. The chashu is cut thick and filled with flavor. It makes up for the more simple soup base. I definitely recommend getting the “Aburi Chashu Don” with whatever ramen you get.
I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area.
