Order the Kitakata ramen. The hardness of the noodles was slightly soft, a rare type of frizzy noodle in Imadoki, the soup tasted light and clear, and the fact that you could drink it up the same way until the end was indeed a traditional restaurant, and I felt its individuality.
As for the side menu, we were invited to order a bowl of half rice, but as we wanted to concentrate on the ramen, we decided to order just one item.
I felt that the ramen was the opposite of the current trend of fatty, thick, strong and unique ramen, and that it was a traditional taste that I could keep eating over and over again, even if not as often as I would like. It was the first time in a long time that I was satisfied with such a clear, old-fashioned ramen soup.
